Providing our customers with the most efficient and private shipping methods available is at the top of our great customer service list. It is crucial that you provide us with a valid (real) delivery name and address, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be successfully delivered.
All our products are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Standard Shipping
- Shipping times and costs might change depending on the country of destination (see below the expected time it takes). Usually it takes between 3 to 5 working days.
- You shall receive an email with all the tracking information once the parcel has been shipped from our facilities. You will know where your package is all the time.
- If there is any uncertainty regarding the status of your package, feel free to reach out to us and include the order nr. to the email or have it ready when calling.
- Depending on your destination, either DHL or Post NL will handle your package.
- In some cases you are able to choose your preferred expediter
- It is not possible to arrange a specific time or date for a first delivery attempt. The courier will not ring your phone number to check whether you are at home.
Free Delivery
- When the order exceeds a value of 100 euro, you will not be charged shipping costs.
- Standard Shipping (See above) applies to the order.
- Just like Standard Shipping, delivery usually takes place between 3 and 5 working days.

We ship to most countries within the EU, including:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
We do not ship to any countries outside the EU, including:
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Portugal, The Azores, The Canary Islands, French Guiana, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Madeira, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint Martin, The Åland Islands
Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided it is still factory sealed (further exclusions apply).
The return period will expire 14 days after the day that you (or a designated third party other than the carrier) has taken possession of the product. If you have ordered multiple products with varying delivery times in the same order, the return period expires 14 days after the final product of the order has been received.
You will be solely liable for any reduction in product value based on handling or use beyond what is necessary to access its functionality/condition. Also, any freebies that were received with the order must also be returned, otherwise, the value of freebies (according to their retail value) will be deducted from the refund.
Return Process
To return an item(s), you must inform our customer service team by sending an email to customerservice@paradise-seeds.com
To make this process smoothly, please add to the subject line the following:
‘Return Request for [Order nr.]
Please note that any return costs will not be reimbursed.

Exclusions
The following products are not covered by the right to return:
- Products that have had their original seal opened.
- Products returned outside of the return period.
Refund Process
After you have exercised your right to return, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. If you have returned the product without prior notification, we are not eligible to refund any shipping fees incurred. We may also request a tracking code as proof of return before the payment is refunded.
Depending on your original payment method, the refund will be performed in the same manner.
